In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the batgee website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at batgee.app.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the batgee Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created upon successful completion of the batgee registration process.
• "Services" means all sports betting, live casino, slot, and ancillary services offered by batgee.
• "Funds" means the PKR balance held within a User's batgee Account, comprising deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus credit.
• "Bonus Credit" means promotional funds credited to an Account subject to specific wagering conditions as described in Section 8.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Licence" means the international gaming licence under which batgee operates and provides its services.

By completing the registration process on batgee, clicking any acceptance checkbox, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing the Platform's services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their current form.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access the Platform. Use of the Platform from any location constitutes acceptance of these terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms, and references to "you" shall include that third party.

To register and use batgee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. batgee strictly enforces age verification. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through batgee's tools or required by a regulatory authority.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of batgee, or a close family member of any such person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. batgee reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided, including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification.

Each User is permitted to hold one single Account on the batgee Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. batgee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify batgee's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. batgee may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

batgee reserves the right to close inactive accounts — defined as accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to closure, batgee will attempt to contact the account holder using the registered contact details. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

batgee processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 2–4 hours during business hours, subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. batgee reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

batgee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. batgee is not responsible for third-party fees applied by banks or mobile money operators.

All bets placed on the batgee sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. General betting rules applicable to all markets are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. batgee does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a clear technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an obviously incorrect price being offered and accepted, batgee reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the User's account.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the scheduled timeframe, bets will be settled in accordance with batgee's sport-specific rules, which are available in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• batgee reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or accumulator, as stated in the specific market rules.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, use prohibited software to gain unfair advantage, or engage in arbitrage betting in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting patterns may result in stake restrictions or account closure.

Cricket betting on batgee — including PSL matches, international fixtures, and domestic competitions — is governed by the general betting rules above plus the specific cricket market rules published in the sportsbook section. In-play betting is available on selected markets and is subject to additional latency disclaimers.

All casino games offered on batgee — including live dealer tables, slot machines, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or licensed live dealer feeds. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published within the relevant game information panel. Live casino games operate according to the standard rules of the relevant game variant, which are accessible from the game interface.

batgee's live casino lobby includes Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Dragon Tiger, among other titles. Any malfunction of casino game software — including connectivity failures mid-round — will render the relevant game round void. Stakes for voided rounds will be returned to the User's account balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session may be withheld pending investigation.

batgee offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus rules apply to all batgee promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonus Credit must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus Credit and associated winnings will be cancelled if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the promotion's terms. Typically, slots contribute at 100% whilst live casino games contribute at a lower rate.
• A maximum bet limit applies when wagering Bonus Credit. Bets placed above the stated maximum while Bonus Credit is active may be voided.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• batgee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where abuse or circumvention of bonus terms is suspected.

batgee is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino games should remain a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal difficulties, Users are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered batgee Users at no charge, accessible from the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Reality Check: Display a summary of session activity at regular intervals of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, reactivation requests will not be accepted.

batgee strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the account holder's verified payment method.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the batgee Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account funds:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other obfuscation technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing batgee staff or other Users via any communication channel.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the operation of the Platform's infrastructure.

All content on the batgee Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of batgee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from batgee.
• Use data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform's content.

The batgee name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of batgee. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

batgee collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

batgee will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and other third parties strictly as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batgee, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

batgee's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude batgee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

batgee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, batgee will notify registered Users via email to the address associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions will always be accessible at batgee.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which batgee holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by the licensing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting batgee's support team. batgee will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism established under batgee's licence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
